Who on earth is tsdbrown?

My name is Luke Brown, I’m 26 years old and live near Newcastle (UK) with my girlfriend Claire and our dalmatian Ava.

I use the alias tsdbrown online, always have, always will and I never explain why…

What do you do for a living?

I’ve recently (Aug. 2010) joined a new start-up company named CustomerSure. We are currently in the very early days of development. Naturally we are extremely excited about the product and hope to be launching in spring 2011!

What are you good at, if you do say so yourself?

Ruby on Rails. I’ve worked on numerous projects turning sometimes extremely complex requirements into slick web based solutions. As a programmer working on web applications I’ve recently made the natural progression from Test Driven Development to a purely Behavior Driven Development cycle.

What are you not so good at?

Visual design, although I try very hard I don’t think I’ll ever really be capable of creating that “wow” factor that designers do.
